Originally from Central Massachusetts, Pamela Vasil, after spending many winters in Belleair Beach, relocated to Indian Rocks Beach Florida in July of 2012. Pam received her sales associate license in Florida in February of 2012.
Pamela brings with her 21 years in the Real Estate Industry as well as 6 years as an associate appraiser.
Pamelaâ€™s emphasis is on exceptional client service with a team selling philosophy that provides up to the minute service for her clients. Massachusetts is a very consumer friendly state and educating the client, as to the rules and regulations is a priority. Pam works with the lenders, attorneys and public officials to
ensure a smooth and timely closing.
Her agency has donated over $100,000 to various charities in the area over the last 15 years due to referrals.
Pamela started out in the Credit Union Industry, as an investment and marketing coordinator, after graduating from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts with a BA in Business Management.
She also gave back to the community as a member of the town finance committee, Parent-Teacher President, Vice President and Treasurer, and was elected to the town Planning Board and regional representative.
Pam currently lives in Indian Rocks Beach with her rescue Sheltie Penny and Colton and continues to foster for the MidFlorida Sheltie Rescue. She is also a member of the Indian Rocks Beach Homeowners Association and the Pinellas County Chamber of Commerce.
